• no controls are active (pause/stop/decrease volume).
• On the bottom of the screen the message 'Advertisement' is shown After the ad:

I tried blocking the mp3 with a user block entry. However blocking just the mp3 entry breaks the site functionality

When adding this rule the music does not play afterwards. Here is what it looks like with the rule active

Additional there are local ads playing too. Same principle, music ends, ad audio starts, ad ends, music continues. However these are local ads for shops in the region

I could use your guidance on how to make a block rule but keep site functionality. I'll make more screenshots later. I can also make screenshots on demand

I still can't reproduce ads. Where do you live or which VPN location?

This is what it looks like when the ad is active

This mode does not finish when my user block is enabled. The visual part is not the problem, the audio part is the jarring experience. Audio for ads is +20% and doesn't scale when having quiet music. The frequency of ads is also the problem. Basically unusable because of it.

Adding my user rules also breaks loading the site. The site is black screen with this rule active.

Still nothing. I clicked on the last seconds of 20 songs, also tried just to skip. How many tracks must be listened or skipped for reproducing ads?

Skipping does not help to trigger more often, that is why reporting is slow. I think it's a 15 minute timer at first site contact. More test needed to define actual duration. It seems that the longer you are on the site the lower the amount of ads. Now that I tried tracking them with HAR they popped up less frequent.

@DHN4 In the large file I don't see an ad. The second contains the ad, but previous requests are absent. Could you please record a HAR, but with refreshing the page after opening devtools? Also please disable caching

Great to see it was of help. I will recheck tomorrow as I have now been listening to music for 4 hours without Interruption. I now believe it works with a type of filled bucket system. Once you have seen enough ads they stop?! Weird.

Finding the popup in the HAR file: If you open the big file www.deezer.com_SiteLoad.har in notepad (I have no HAR viewer) and go to line 32172 (or search for PushOfferPremium) you will find the link I shared above. My best guess is this is the popup that shows when loading the site. Different user issue Previously I had the same window as this person https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/174420#issuecomment-1985895784 Sadly I have pressed accept once and now am unable to get this window again, even after removing cookies. Thus can't support with reproduction. Because I pressed accept once, the popup described in PushOfferPremium only is on the screen for 0.5secons when loading the site. No problem for me now but I believe you will see requests for it. Previously for me it was very present / InYourFace.

Next steps Next up on my list is to see if the ads return tomorrow. If they do I can again provide you a HAR file.

URLs are different. Please try this with opened filtering log. Enter autopromo to the search of the filtering log to check the request status ||cdns-content.dzcdn.net/ads/autopromo/$media,redirect=noopmp3-0.1s

Well this is awkward! Since posting this I have yet to get any ads. Even with the personal filtering rules disabled. That's great for me, however not so great for the follow up on this problem. I would consider this one closed for now. I can not reproduce it anymore. Thank you for your quick reaction times and awesome support as always. Till the next time!
