Why do issues only occur with Safari browser and AdGuard? Is it because AdGuard is blocking the loading of styles on that website, causing the problem? If the same issue occurs tomorrow, I'll uninstall it and use a different ad blocker.

Sorry. The website is infected by AdShield, Inc.
Unfortunately, It is complicated to resolve with a regular adblock rule because the website is being protected by service of Ad-Shield that is an anti-adblock professional company. Ad-Shield receives up to 700 000 000 KRW per 2 year from tech foundation support program of South Korean government.
