I don't have iPhone and I cannot reproduce it on iPad, but on iOS iframes are not hidden when request is blocked, so I have added additional rule which should fixes it.

It looks like a different element than in original report and I see it only if I disable AdGuard. Please try to add this rule:

gayforfans.com##iframe[src*="//enviousinevitable.com/"]

to user rules and then check if issue still occurs.
