You can block an element using the extension, choose advanced settings and write paste it there.

On computer: Open Adguard settings, then open User rules section and paste the rule there, then click Save button.

On Android: Open Adguard app, enable https filtering, then navigate to protection tab (shield icon) -> Ad blocking -> User rules -> paste the rule there and click Add button.
