Facebook started stuffing this between actual posts. Blocking a single spamming element with AdGuard makes only the selected ad gone. Using "Block similar" option makes whole facebook page disappear. I cant' find a way to make AdGuard block this spam as a general rule without loosing the entirety of the page.
