Even with ca certificate and http filtering I still have pop-ups adds in app! And audio adds based on my location from Google shjit. I payed the lifetime version to escape from those! Please help me! Username: @Insane

That's the only thing YOU MUST NOT DO! TO PRESS THERE AND INFECT THE PHONE! But that icon for sure looks like Google add one! The problem is not what that icon does! The problem is that Addguard doesn't block add pop-ups as it should do!

What to download? Addguard is lifetime payed version from your site! And the reggaeton app is from Google play store!

ALEX please help me with the issue! Don't close the ticket! Nothing is solved! I have the payed lifetime version of the Adguard! I expect to get some help when I have some problems right? I think it's normal! If you can't handle it please ask someone who can! Thank you!

I want to help, but you don't show me the requested info.

  1. Please disable DNS filtering
  2. Close the app with an ad
  3. Clear the filtering log in the statistics
  4. Reproduce a problem
  5. Open the filtering log and make screenshots of the log.

I don't see reggaeton in the log. Please repeat the steps when enabled debugging log. Also I need a link of the app in Google Play - name and package_id can be completely different.

@n0p32005 Weird. This is Google ad, and I see applied filtering rules that must block them. Do use a Local VPN mode in AdGuard? Could you test when IPv6 is disabled? Also please try to stop this app, and clear cache using the system settings.

Yes, it's weird. That's why I asked here for help. I want to thank you for your time, although the problem isn't solved. I provided all the data is needed for you and the developers to fix the situation! I hope you will work with them and find a solution! Now after you understand the problem.. And can't fix it.. No more you and me could do. Please report the situation to the developers also! Now you can close the ticket, even if it wasn't been resolved.. Once again I want to thank you for your time.

@n0p32005 Please try with clean settings. Export your current settings, then reset settings and setup AdGuard again, and check how it works. If no result - please contact suppont@adguard.com and mention the link of this issue.
