Для тех, у кого не установлена экстра, рекомендуется это сделать.

Известно, что эта проблема решается с помощью AdGuard Extra.

Если вы пользуетесь AdGuard на устройствах Windows, Mac или Android, пожалуйста, убедитесь, что AdGuard Extra включена в настройках приложения.

Если вы используете расширение AdGuard для браузера, рекомендуется также установить AdGuard Extra.

Проблема решена.

Мешал (конфликт) Adblock Plus -отключил. Оставил uBlock Origin, AdGuard , и RU AdList JS Fixes.
Добавил строки в AdGuard :https://drive.google.com/file/d/1pcyJ7OaJuk3CLbDhHEI1hMl8a5bT__e9/view?usp=sharing
Теперь все выглядит хорошо :

В личном пространстве почтового сервиса mail.ru перестали блокироваться баннеры с рекламой. После создания пользовательского правила путем выделения этих баннеров через браузерное расширение AdGuard они пропадают, но после первого же обновления страницы они появляются как ни в чём ни бывало. Здравствуйте В почтовом ящике Mail.ru стали добавлять баннер QR код, который со временем начинает надоедать. Я пробовал заблокировать его при помощи точечной блокировкой разным способом, но баннер потом все равно появляется. Есть ли возможность его заблокировать навсегда ?
