Повторяется только это https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/181701#issuecomment-2178011171, но будет исправлено в новой версии https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardExtra/issues/521.

В остальных случаях реклама блокируется корректно. Какой сертификат использует программа? Ее работу можно проверить здесь.

Все фильтры обновлены, реклама стала всплывать постоянно, http фильтры невозможно включить, т.к. Эдгард просит установить сертификат, а сертификат на мой телефон не устанавливается.

Реклама не повторяется. Фильтрацию HTTPS необходимо включить, иначе сайт будет открываться как есть. Если не получается самому его установить, свяжитесь с support@adguard.com.
