At first, I thought this was a DNS issue, but I disabled DNS and tried again but had the same issue.

I tried to turn off Adguard completely and to my surprise, the Plex Android app worked instantly.

I have tried keeping Adguard enabled and disabling all filters but unfortunately, the Plex app does not work. I have to completely disable Adguard to get it to work.

Or If I disable Route traffic through Adguard for Plex it also works.

So it's something in Adguard core that is blocking the Plex app from loading. I have checked logs for Plex in Adguard, I don't see anything blocked. Username: @XBadFellaX

I meant to report this as an issue with the Adguard for the Android app rather than a filter issue as it is not, but please look it as an issue with the android app. I am not sure if you can move it under there.

Did you enable HTTPS filtering manually for the Plex app? With default settings my Plex app works fine.

No, I didn't do anything manually. All the settings are default and plex used to work last week, not sure what changed. It seems if I restart the device it seems to work fine for a bit and then plex stop to work/slows to load the app. Once the app is loaded everything plays fine.

Please check App management for Plex app if HTTPS is active.

Are you connecting to a local Plex server or remote?

This is how mine looks like. I am trying to connect to a local instance of Plex. To my surprise, it has been working fine today.

Can you still reproduce now? If yes, please check filtering log for Plex app. Not seeing anything interested blocked when I start the app.

Hey, have been testing today as well. Nothing in the plex logs to notice that is blocking anything. The app load time is down to 5 7 secs now instead of forever. Though if the aguard app is turned off it opens instantly. Not sure what it is.

If you exclude AdGuard from filtering is the speed slower than when you disable AdGuard completely or the same?

Did you mean exclude Plex from filtering? Yes, if I disabled filter traffic through Adguard for Plex then it works at the same speed when Adguard was turned off completely.

Ok, please send a support request from the app, thank you. Sounds like a bug in filtering engine.
