On a rooted device with system-wide https filtering enabled using adguardcert zygisk module.

A filter rule in AdGuard Tracking Protection filter interferes with the home screen display of the app com.nhn.android.navercafe. This happens only with the system-wide https filtering enabled.

A rule below fixes the issue. ||ipada.cafe.naver.com/v1$domain=apis.naver.com,app=com.nhn.android.navercafe
