No, there is a flaw in the rule. I know there is a .ct.sendgrid.net/$image but it is not blocked. By the way, https://u10410991.ct.sendgrid.net/favicon.ico is blocked. Please re-open it.

@elvis-hrvat Could you show in the filter log with AdGuard Tracking Protection filter enabled a non-blocked tracking pixel when you open a page with an email?

If you directly enter the url, it won't be blocked and this is by design (see "種類" is HTML and not Image). What matters is whether the pixel is blocked when you opened an email.
