resize broswer window will make this page reload to reize layout. sometimes i disable some filter will not trigger this problem. looks like some script function conflict in this page.

when the infinite auto refresh happen, CSS-Exfil-Protection have red label. i can reproduce on my windows 10 virtual machine with firefox.

I find a resize event from CSS-Exfil-Protection extension (https://github.com/mlgualtieri/CSS-Exfil-Protection/blob/d0ad3ae654d040f5bfdd84a96c55827896572f6d/chrome/content.js#L627) maybe is some css from filter ?

@yueisme If it is caused by a filtering rule, please test when all filters are turned off. Then enable one by one with checking, and tell about the result.

When enable AdGuard Chinese filter and AdGuard Annoyances filter reproduce in my system.

I think there's a conflict between the page script and the two extensions. Fixing by ADGuard isn't the best way. Thanks @Alex-302 help, can close issue.
