I cannot reproduce it on Windows with app and with extension for Chrome/Firefox (I will try to check it out on Safari ~tomorrow~ the day after tomorrow ಠ_ಠ).

It looks like that in Safari extension it's caused by AdGuard DNS filter list. Adding this rule:

@@||pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js$xmlhttprequest,domain=tvp.pl

to user rules should fixes it. This rule is already in Base filter, the problem is that in Safari extension, every category is a different, independent content blocker so this rule (exception) is not applied and request is still blocked. I recommend to disable AdGuard DNS filter list in Safari extension.
