Not reproduced on my end. Try to update the app to 4.5.5, then the list of filters below (wait almost one minute there), clear browser data, open the site. If that doesn't work, you should re-enable the content blockers in Safari settings (wait about the same time as when you update the filters).

I haven't updated the app and chose not to update my ios version. You might wonder why. Well, the reason is that I chose not to update it, fearing that doing so would prevent a future ios jailbreak release. The latest changelog of the adguard for ios app mentioned that they removed a workaround used to overcome a bug fixed in the most recent iOS version. Unfortunately, this affected my version (17.3.1). I worried that removing this ad-blocking workaround would worsen an already half-baked adblocking that ios has. Adguard doesn't need to cater to older versions of iOS, so I decided to stick with what I have. If it's not like that please let me know.

Tbh, I haven't heard that. You can contact support about it.

However, if you decide to update, it will be good due to the bug that some rules of the filters are not applied, which was fixed in AdGuard for iOS 4.5.5.
