Comment

Watching Netflix or Amazon Prime on Android TV OS version 10. Video ads don't seem to be affected by Adgaurd and continue to interrupt what ever program I'm streaming.

Unfortunately the TV version of Adgaurd does not have as many features & tweaks as the mobile version but I'll happily provide as much information as possible if requested. Username: @FIR3TH0RN

Here's the link to Amazon prime video app too. Unless I missed something, the tool I used to upload the report only supported for one app URL.

@FIR3TH0RN On TV it is impossible to filter HTTPS traffic. You may try an old v3.6, and if you have rooted system, probably it could install AdGuard HTTPS certificate to the system storage. Or maybe traffic could be filtered without root. I can't test.

3.6.11 https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardForAndroid/releases/download/v3.6.11/adguard-3.6.11-release.apk

Before installing v3.6, v4 must be removed.

@Alex-302 I don't have a rooted Android TV & have been using Adgaurd since the start of this year roughly. Not sure how many versions I've been through but ads with Netflix have never been completely removed. Amazon prime video only recently added ads to their streaming service. Streaming was meant to be the answer, now it could potentially become worse than TV...

@FIR3TH0RN

Indeed. 🏴‍☠️

Please try v3.6 It has options, that are not available in v4 for Android TV (but not all can work).

I'm sorry I haven't had time to do this yet.
