When a user visits the website, they cannot scroll because a cookie notice blocks the scroll. EasyList Cookie blocks the cookie notice, but the blocking action of that notice is still left there. This prevents the user from scrolling on the entire website, unless they disable AdGuard or the EasyList Cookie filter.
