There doesn’t appear to be a “Popups filter” in the AdGuard iOS app. @Alex-302

In Protection => Safari protection => Filters => Annoyances

Second... wow! It's not clear at all that "Safari protection" is a tappable navigation element. Just looks like a togglable setting. But, that's a separate design issue :) Thanks again.

A new version is planned soon with design changes in particular. Most likely it will be fixed there.
