v4.4.22 yes. Keep in mind, on my end that it is rarely happens, because I listen to music on Spotify very often.

Reproduced the ad request 10 times - not reproduced (same ad domain). Better write to extensions repo.

Yes installed but not enabled, I'm still listening to music. The music stopped playing in the background while I was playing the game. That's when I noticed it. If it happens again, I'll comment on the relevant issue on https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardBrowserExtension/issues/2913.

After 48 hours, I realized that I couldn't reproduce it and when I investigated further, I realized that it was related to mv3. So, on my end the situation it was like:

1. I temporarily disabled the mv2 extension and enabled the mv3 extension for another issue review.
2. At that time, the Spotify page still was open in the background. So, when the song changed at that time, ad error triggered due to timing related to mv3
3. Yet, I still hadn't noticed the issue because I was focused on something else at the time.
4. When I realized the situation late, mv2 was active. I thought it was related to that.
5. Moreover, the situation was understood because the "Refused to execute..." error only existed in mv3.
