Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Go to myfreecams.com and open any live stream
  3. In streaming options, select LL HLS
  4. As long as you have a good internet connection (50Mbps plus), you should be able to stream in 1080P just fine.
  5. However, with Adguard enabled, it forces the stream to 360p and you get stutters, lags etc.
  6. See attached screenshots where without adguard I can stream 1080p but with it, I just get 360P and it lags/stutters. Excluding the whole domain myfreecams.com from filtering does not fix this issue.

It doesn't seem to be filters related. I've followed the steps above, but the stream works fine with the app. Try backing up your settings and resetting them, then check the site. In case you still have it, better to file an issue here.
