AdGuard is preventing cellular data from working. It wasn’t a problem for months but has been for some weeks. Undoubtedly a software update, be it by AdGuard or Apple. Turn it off and all working fine. The issue survives restart of ph and toggle data or airplane mode. Username: @VinceS
