I am getting really frustrated and tired of continuously providing the HAR file and always just get complaints instead of getting the proper help. I am recording the HAR file before I start the video and continue recording even a few mins after I see the ads.

I don't know what else you want exactly?

Both those rules seem to work in Chrome. However, they don't work on the Android version of Adguard with the Amazon Prime app.

With Amazon Prime app we can't apply these rules. Apps are not browsers. Btw the updated rule is in the Base filter now.
