The reason seems to be Blocking third-party Authorization header.

Not reproduced on my end. In case you still have it with that option, please do the following:

  1. Disable all filters
  2. Leave only stealth mode with only Blocking third-party Authorization header enabled
  3. Open the filter log (FL) and keep it in the background
  4. Reproduce the issue
  5. Go back to the FL
  6. Leave only modified, modified meta-data requests
  7. Make screenshots
  8. Post them here.
