Not reproduced on my end. Check the app by opening this link. It's also recommended enable these filters Official Polish filters for AdBlock, uBlock Origin & AdGuard, Polish Anti Adblock Filters with the AdGuard Base. Does it work fine in another browser like Chrome? If so, try to disable Private relay in the settings, then restart the Safari and open the site.
