Обе проблемы не повторились.

1 - попробуйте очистить пользовательский фильтр 2 - Включите фильтр всплывающих окон, попробуйте выключить и снова включить контент-блокеры в настройках Сафари, а также обновить фильтры Адгарда. Важно не закрывать окно Адгарда при обновлении фильтров в течение ~90 секунд, иначе iOS прервёт процесс применения фильтров.
