I don't see any content on https://web.norstatsurveys.com/, but it looks like it's used for surveys, for example - https://web.norstatsurveys.com/survey/selfserve/53c/1801195/index.html

If I'm not wrong, it's blocked by Frellwits Swedish Filter - https://raw.githubusercontent.com/lassekongo83/Frellwits-filter-lists/master/Frellwits-Swedish-Hosts-File.txt (which is part of DNS filter) and I don't see that in any other filter lists, so maybe it should be unblocked.

Site seems to be associated with https://www.norstatpanel.com/en and users can get discounts, gift cards etc after filling out survey. So should be unblocked imho.
