These are advertisement banners for their sister websites. The first images are the ads that can be seen at the URLs reported. The second images are ads that can be seen on different pages of the same website. The links are provided below.

Before checking the ads, I updated the rules and waited 5 minutes. I also cleared the Safari cache. I'm using an iPhone 14, so I don't think it's a performance issue. And I don't have any other apps running besides AdGuard and Safari, so I don't believe memory is a problem either.
