To reproduce, you need to access the link where a new tab opens. For example, the method like this comment video is simple. You need to continue for about a few minutes. https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/186928#issuecomment-2360248825

And I think the rules are working. This is because the ad tab appears when disabled, but not when enabled.

However, there is no progress after my comment in the reference issue, so it may be better to check it.

I and @AdamWr will take a look at this, but don't see that on my end. Please keep the rules in the user rules for now.
