Not reproduced on my end. @piquark6046 @AdamWr please take a look at this.

I don't have iPhone, but I cannot reproduce it on iPad. Probably fixed in - https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/commit/756997c523f6ac110e99fa79632d081b636a39b5
