Так как оно тоже часто появляется

@zloyden ещё один вариант заметил — отправил на filters@adguard.com сохранённую страницу. Такое правило должно сработать:

avito.ru##div[class*="free-delivery-container-"]

Судя по сохраненной странице, должно нормально сработать. Добавил в фильтр раздражителей.
