Issue URL (Incorrect Blocking)

Comment

When the adguard cookie notices filter list is enabled, the website cannot be interacted with. Using uBlock's element picker if I add an ###exposeMaskOverlay filter by clicking anywhere, I can make the white overlay to disapper, and the website to become clickable, but it still cannot be scrolled downwards.

This is may be done by javascript, because for a very short time after loading the site, it can be scrolled. Username: @mpeter50

I may have misclicked something. The way of blocking results in site breakage.

Interestingly, using the element zapper instead of the element picker solves the issue, the website becomes scrollable.
