Workaround for Amazon.com: Disable Adguard DNS Protection and Amazon seems to partially function. Product Videos still do not work.

I tried that. It didn't fix it for me. Their thing is the issue comes and goes at random times.

Can you try to visit the webpage without ad filtering and DNS filtering module for testing?

I already tried all the suggestions here, and in the other GitHub issue: https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/190692

I also opened a ticket and sent all the logs. Nothing fixed it so I ended up uninstalling the app.
