Not reproduced on my end. Try to update the filters, clear browser data, restart it, open the site. @AdamWr @BlazDT please also take a look at this.

There were an issue with the cookies, that's fixed. Update should be available in 2-3 hours.

I cannot reproduce ads with AdGuard enabled.

I discovered that it also does this on Android on Edge with the same site.

I'm still unable to reproduce it (also on Android). Do you still see these ads if you disable all third-party filter lists (also custom) and enable only AdGuard filter lists? By third-party filter lists, I mean these:

EasyPrivacy
Peter Lowe's Blocklist
Adblock Warning Removal List
EasyList Cookie List
Dandelion Sprout's Annoyances List
Online Malicious URL Blocklist
Phishing URL Blocklist
Scam Blocklist by DurableNapkin
uBlock Origin – Badware risks

and all custom filter lists and user rules related to Bing.
