I think that they may have connected the ads to the manga's itself so when it blocks the ads it blocks the whole manga chapter now.

The Web site will not operate when anyone uses the adblock or ublock now. They only show this instead. Basically you have to turn off you app to use thier site. That is the warning they now give.
