PCH.com will display in mobile view; If I disable Adguard Ablocker the page will display in Desktop view [as it should since I am using a desktop computer]; If I have Adguard Adblocker enabled, then I must have the Zoom set to 90% or 100% in order for a page at PCH.com to display in Desktop view [otherwise it displays in mobile view]. I had to reply with a different computer because... On my laptop I have Windows XP installed with Google Chrome; And your Adguard Adblocker has been working the past 1 to 2 years on that laptop; But today/yesterday your Adguard Adblocker stopped working; I removed it and re-installed the extension; That did not fix the problem; The problem is... when I click the green icon for Adguard Adblocker at the top right... the drop down window drops down but it is blank, no text or buttons to click; And, the ads display at www.pch.com so its not blocking ads either. Ignore the 2 photos I attached because I had to post 2 photos in order to post this comment; I was not able to post a comment via the laptop computer running Windows XP, Google Chrome, and your Adguard Adblocker because as I said when I click Adguard Adblocker it drops down but no buttons or text to click and it doesn't block ads anymore.

Pop-ups and video ads are still an issue. I sent a similar note to support@adguard.com and they recommended that I re-install off the AdGuard website & follow the instructions which is what I did. I got a pop-up that said it was already installed and that's as far as the process went except for a restart. The 1st time I reported this, on start-up the AdGuard shield logo changed to 'blue' colour and THIS version worked great. Since then the shield logo in upper right has reverted to green colour and the web pages are jerky and jittery with ads & scripts that are not being blocked out. Am I missing a version of AdGuard for Windows/Chrome where the logo is blue? If I am, that's the version that seems to work fine.

Idiot Query II: For a 24 hour period after filing a report, the AdGuard shield logo changed from green to blue. The BLUE shield version in upper right of screen works GREAT! The green sheild, not so much. Is there a way to keep the blue logo as a constant? If so, what do I do? Looks l like I've got all the filters engaged except the "privacy", "social widgets" and "security" tabs. The blue logo has now reverted back to green sheild and is not as effective.

It is very frustrating and strange. This just started today. It used to be you could play and enter the PCH sweepstakes etc. Sometimes a black box would appear and delay me for the length of the ad. But that was better than seeing the same three ads played over and over as I try to enter all the sweepstakes. It could take all day to enter them if the ads run. Now it won't work at all unless you turn off the AdGaurd. They site still worls even with NoScript and Adblock turned on. But they don't stop the ads either. PCH has upped their game. Either waste all day being bombarded by their long video ads or don't get to enter the contests.

This is the most annoying ad ever! I can't block it. If I try to do it manually, it makes the whole webpage dysfunctional and freezes up. The only way to enter is to start over and deal with the annoying ad. Pch.com keeps putting this ad on and keeps doing something to make it bypass your filters, because it seems that as soon as I can get it to go away, a few days or a week later, it's right back again. I hope you can figure it out and get rid of it.

I tried disabling all filters in Adguard Adblocker; I also tried several browsers including other versions of Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, Yandex browser, and Vivaldi browser. This problem started yesterday and the problem is only on the Slots Machine page [Another way to get to the Slots Machine page is to first visit https://www.pch.com/slots and then click the Slots Machine image at the very top]. The slots machine will not display; PCH.com did something where the slot machine will not display unless the Adguard Adblocker is turned OFF making a person have to view the long video ads that display in the Slots Machine game.

Slot Machine won't display. It's trying to play a video ad first. This problem doesn't happen immediately, you have to play the first slot machine game, before it starts the second game it tries to play a video ad and all you see is an animated image going around in a circle [it never displays the next slot machine game]. This happens in Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Yandex, and Vivaldi browsers. I tried all the different settings in Adguard Adblocker, nothing fixed this problem; I also tried what Alex-302 [above] recommended and that did not fix this problem.

Getting what you attached. I turn off the filter but the screen ads over the games are very annoying. Most of what I used before - free adware removal - no longer works. I thought AdGuard would be better equipped for filtering. Very disappointed. Now getting social media-type political ads - not official campaign ads. Is PCH going to have intruders like FaceBook??? Really fed up. Considering a direct complaint to PCH. Let me know if you have any progress. 8-)
