I'm not sure if I understand correctly, but if you want to unblock annotations, you can try these rules (probably not all are needed):

As far as I know there was holidays in Russia, so it's probably a reason of that situation.

@Alex-302 Антивируса нет. Походу проблема была временная, сейчас у меня тоже всё нормально. Первый раз такое, надеюсь не повторится.

It's sets a filter rule:

But it's doesn't blocks that element adguard found itself. LIke its selecting then and find, but after adding rule to block - doesn't block it at all.

Esta regra parece ser suficiente para resolver o problema: youtube.com###ad-iframe Considerando que é um id específico indicando ad, ocultá-lo não deve quebrar outras funcionalidades do site. Só não entendo porque as listas atuais já não cuidaram disso... ou melhor, às vezes é ocultado, às vezes não.
