Initially after clicking on a link in www.bostonherald.com you get the page then a big red box demanding you remove any adblocking blocks the website.

Element blocking that with the filter:

bostonherald.com###ConneXt_Action_Id-110573 > div.modal-body:last-child > div.row > div.col-sm-12.p-0 > div.width-800.body.Mg2-bg-white.text-center.centered.bg4.x-editable-css-bg

usually, not always, removes it, but the page will usually be "darkened" and unreadable.

After a few refreshes, you can make it readable. There does not appear to be a consistent "thing" to do. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.

You can read www.bostonherald.com. When you click on an article, it tries throws up a "You Have Adblock on BLAH BLAH!" barrier. This is seen on other browsers such as Opera. Firefox with uBlock Origin with old script https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/735-anti-adblock-killer-reek seems to stop this block, and you can read and navigate.

That script on Safari with Tampermonkey . . . no workee. Probably not compatible with AdGuard (not listed).
