When stay on an article, you get this big pop-up, notify you that "there is something new on the Homepage" and offering to reload it, interrupting you, reading the article. It seems, there must be a change on the homepage, so I guess the pop-up will be sporadic. If I am correct, this filterrule will work: bild.de##div.cover:last-child
