Not reproduced on my devices(link on screenshot). @AdguardTeam/filters-maintainers please take a look.

Not reproduced both on https://www.cmoa.jp & https://www.bibi-star.jp/posts/918 with iPhone SE, exactly the same settings. A popup appeared on cmoa but it's potentially useful so should not be blocked, I think. cmoa
