At the first screenshot Adguard is active (turned on). When I launch the stadium24.apk it gives a warning screen and simply force me to remove Adguard, otherwise the app will not work.

In the second screenshot adguard is not active (turned off) and the app still says "there is a dangerous app installed on the device, uninstall it to use our app."

Not only this app but some others display such messages. These type of apps detect adblocker apps installed do that they can display ads for revenue. How can we bypass these apps' detection of the Adguard?

It cannot be fixed. This app detects installed AdGuard, even if disabled.
