Youtube shows that there is an issue for between 10-40 seconds after refreshing a page, and then loads the video in fine. I'm going to make an assumption that this is a change on youtubes side to prevent add blockers, as this issue doesn't come up on videos without ads. It only started happening to me on the 16th of June.

4 years ago 평소에 정상적으로 작동하더니 약 5일전부터 저 상태가 지속됩니다. 창을 켜놓고 가만히있으면 작동이됩니다. 혹시몰라 시간을 측정해보니 20초 일때 30초일때 1분일때 예상하는건데 아마 광고가 정상적으로작동을하는거같습니다. 광고가 끝나면 재생이됩니다. 빠른처리좀 부탁드리겠습니다. 믿고 결제해서 사용중인데 이 상태가 지속되다보니 조금 그렇네요..
