Pretty self explanatory. And also, the new Windows AG Nightly version is a little incompatible with firefox Nightly. Many website run with cloudflare certificates instead of the Adguard one, hence there is no filtering. The same pages use Adguard Certificate in other browsers like Chrome and Opera. Canyoublockit.com is one example. So is tempail.com

Regarding the firefox issue, it was being caused by the encrypted SNI flag. Once I switched that off, it works perfectly again.

The adblock-circumvention isn't fixed yet, but I guess it will be as I saw some commits to the filter lists on my report regarding this very page. Random popup on clicking anywhere on the page. This happens on Firefox, as I access this website on Edge chromium without any issues, and same Adguard settings.
