/hg.js is not a tracker. Player is broken after blocking.

This rule https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/commit/f888a1127ef496e0353078fcb855cd90fd14010c is now obsolete (as pointed out here https://github.com/easylist/easylist/issues/5641#issuecomment-654515570). I propose the filter rule the easylist team is using as a replacement https://github.com/easylist/easylist/commit/57719b448b9fb1590d270041c5d3aa0c90646253
