Had to modify my rule to "be gone" it all: gaypornmasters.com##[style*="opacity"]:nth-ancestor(2) Previously it was an "ins" element with opacity, now it's "section". Also a couple times there was an untitled Chrome window opened when I clicked on the page somewhere, plus I hope you could additionally block these missed "popcash" ads.
