It's rather not easy to fix. These popups are already hidden, but I guess that the problem is that video player is stopped by these popups.

For cookie notice, you can add this rule to Use filter (this rule is already in AdGuard Annoyances, but extension for Firefox/Opera can't update/download new JS rules):

Regarding "Sign in popup", it also stops video player, it's hidden by Annoyances filter and it seems that it disappear after refreshing website few times. We could add rule to automatically click on "No thanks" button, so this popup will appear only once, but I'm not sure if it's safe. Something like this should works:
