Пользователям программы для Windows, macOS или Android нужно включить расширение AdGuard Extra в настройках программы.

Пользователям браузерного расширения нужно установить расширение AdGuard Extra либо скрипт AdGuard Extra. Если установлен Яндекс Браузер, рекомендуется его сменить на другой.

Реклама постоянно появляется в указанном блоке и вверху горизонтально между строкой инструментов почты и текстом письма. После блокировки, блоки рекламы исчезают, но после обновления страницы возвращаются обратно.

Попробуйте обновить программу до актуальной версии - 7.5. У меня чисто(расширение AdGuard Extra в настройках Адгарда должно быть включено).
