Я не знаю как здесь код спойлера ставить!🙄 Там нового не будет ничего, только перед этим внутренним html парочка массивов, которые имеют селекторы одинаковые с миниатюрами на странице. Разве только привязать как дочерний элемент типа такого, youtube.com###contents > ytd-rich-item-renderer.style-scope.ytd-rich-grid-renderer:first-child ,но не факт что сработает в дальнейшем!🤔

Так можно много лишнего заблокировать. Как говорил выше, скриншот выбранного элемента с девтулзами или пришли сохраненную страницу в архиве. Из расширений только Адгард должен быть включен.
