I think it has js and css file for against adblock at this folder https://forum.release-apk.com/styles/marina_red/theme/. But file name always changing by system for that i couldnt add to user rules.

@Alex-302 I tried disabling DNS Filtering and Adguard DNS as well this time, still same results.

Using Chrome and Edge at Defualt Settings
