This problem caused by Web Annoyances Ultralist Filter. You need to disable it.

Please disable this filter: Web Annoyances Ultralist Filter. Your problem will be solved.

As a temporary solution, please add this rule to user filter: thdbretagne.bzh#@#.cookiebanner

@yourduskquibbles Could you please take a look? This rule: ##.cookiebanner from Web Annoyances Ultralist causes that website is blank.
