These count as promos for items that are sold by the store, and which lead to other pages on the same store. These are therefore not ads in any currently known definition used by adblocker teams.

..except for annoyances filters, I presume? I have a bunch of clean-up rules in place for proshop.* myself.

I agree; it should belong in the annoyances filter.
