Interesting, I have the picture on mobile but I also have the audio player and video. So I can confirm reproduction on mobile.

Fixed. Was caused by player blocking.

It definitely seems intermittent and tied to certain advertising campaigns but not all. Its probably just better not to visit cnet anyways lol.

I just got this ad when I switched from the mobile site to desktop on my phone.
